Biography
David Taylor-Klaus helps successful entrepreneurs and senior executives reconnect with their families and redefine what fulfillment looks like—at home and at work. Through coaching, his clients build profitable businesses, raise thriving families, and live deeply meaningful lives.
A successful serial entrepreneur for over 30 years, David is known for blending candor, intelligence, and humor with masterful coaching. He challenges leaders and their teams to operate at their highest level—professionally and personally.
One of the first 1,800 Master Certified Coaches in the world, David works with clients across 16 time zones. He also serves as a mentor coach for the International Coaching Federation and the Co-Active Training Institute. His résumé of credentials and certifications is extensive—so much so that the letters after his name may outnumber those in it.
David’s own journey includes living with ADHD and depression, giving him a grounded, compassionate understanding of the neurodivergence that often accompanies entrepreneurship and visionary leadership.
He is committed to ensuring that no founder or leader ever has to experience what he once did: standing at the edge, wondering how they got so lost.
David lives in Atlanta with his wife Elaine—a best-selling author and professional coach—and their two dogs. Their three children float in and out of the nest, creating a life that is full, evolving, and rich in every sense.
His book, Mindset Mondays with DTK: 52 Ways to REWIRE Your Thinking and Transform Your Life, is available on Amazon.
